An order placed with any seller can be cancelled by the user on the Track Your Order page or by connecting with us at +918134813150. You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller – whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply call/whatsapp us. You may not cancel an offer after it has been accepted by a seller. All eligible refunds against the Cancellation of Orders by the user before dispatch will be subject to a 3% deduction due to Banking and Transaction Charges. The balance amount would be processed and refunded to the user. The user understands and agrees to such deduction by putting in this Cancellation request for any Order.

Returns will be processed only if
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; The product is not different from what was shipped to you; Product cannot be returned or exchanged if you ordered the wrong size. If the product has been tried on feet then product cannot be returned or exchanged. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/Safety box.
