The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 9060 ‘Baby Shower Blue’ introduces a new silhouette as part of the ‘Inside Voices’ pack, the follow-up to the Chicago-based designer’s ‘Outside Clothes’ collaboration from 2021. Inspired by New Balance’s 990 series and classic running styles from the early 2000s, the sneaker utilizes an airy yellow mesh upper with a tonal ‘N’ logo and suede overlays in a pale aqua hue. Pastel pink accents land on the quilted collar lining and split ABZORB midsole, the latter reinforced by a podular outsole in grippy gum rubber. ‘JFG’ branding appears on the leather heel tab, while ‘Inside Voices’ is embroidered across the back heel of each shoe.
