At “A BRAND HUB”, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellation Period: Orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours from the time they are placed.
- For Prepaid Orders:
- A 2% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used during checkout.
- Refund Processing:
Once the cancellation is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
